Is there a minimum order?
The corporate program starts around 10 tins. Smaller than that, you'll get the best price ordering directly through our shop — same tins, same butter, no waiting.
How does pricing work?
Per-tin pricing scales with your order size and how customized you want it. Send us your details and we'll quote within one business day — no obligation, no hard sell.
What about gluten or nut allergies?
Our cheese straws contain wheat, milk, and eggs. Our pecan variety contains tree nuts. They're baked in a kitchen that handles tree nuts, so we can't guarantee a nut-free environment. If allergies are a concern, mention it in the inquiry — we'll talk it through.
How long do they keep?
About four months from the bake date for best quality — sealed in the tin, kept somewhere cool. Every tin is dated.
Can you ship to a hundred different addresses?
Yes — send a spreadsheet with names, addresses, and any per-recipient note. We'll pack, label, and ship the entire list. Tracking on every order. We do this every holiday season.
When should I order for the holidays?
Holiday orders book up fast in late November and early December. To be safe, send us your inquiry by mid-November — earlier if you want custom branding. We'll always try to fit a last-minute order in if there's room on the schedule.
